You represent that you are at least 21 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, are accessing the site from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful, and are acquiring the products in a research capacity. Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

All products sold by Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. are sold strictly For Research Use Only (RUO). They have not been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent authority. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or administration to any living organism for therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, cosmetic, or recreational purposes.

You agree to use the products solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel and not to transfer or resell them to anyone who intends to use them otherwise.

Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. makes no representations that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease, condition, or symptom. Third-party scientific literature referenced on the site is provided for informational and academic purposes only.

All sales are final once payment is processed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon tender to the carrier. Shipping is conducted via insured, signature-required services within the United States only. Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure.

Due to the regulated, sterile, and lot-controlled nature of these compounds, no returns are accepted on opened, partially opened, or otherwise compromised vials. Sealed and unused product may be considered for return at Compoundsarex Labs, Inc.'s discretion within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Refunds for verified defects are issued at Compoundsarex Labs, Inc.'s discretion as replacement or store credit.

The products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults. Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Compoundsarex Labs, Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the event.

You expressly assume all risks arising from your acquisition, possession, transport, storage, and handling of the products, and you waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims sounding in strict liability, products liability, breach of implied warranty, and negligence against Compoundsarex Labs, Inc.. This Section is supplemented by our Strict Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk, which is incorporated by reference.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Compoundsarex Labs, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your acquisition, possession, transfer, or use of any product, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You are responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, importation, possession, use, and disposal of the products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

You and Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms — together with the Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. regarding the products.

Compoundsarex Labs, Inc. may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
